Andreas Ranch is a 10-acre tribal meeting place. Anthony Andreas owns the property in the southern part of the city. He is a descendent of the Pai-nik-tem or "early morning" clan of Cahuilla Indians. The clan has lived near the Andreas Canyon (the ranch lies at the foot of the canyon) for centuries.
